SPEAKER BIO

Jennifer Sweeney is an author, entrepreneur, and passionate patient advocate with 20 years of experience empowering patients, partnering with clinicians, and accelerating better health-care experiences for all.

Jen is the Co-Founder of X4 Health and Co-Creator of 3rd Conversation.

Her latest adventure includes a new Guide, “You’ve Got To Be Kidding Me!: Perimenopause Symptoms, Stages & Strategies,” and the launch of Periwinkle, an online platform that helps women find the support, care, vocabulary, and occasional laugh they need to thrive in perimenopause.

Jen has spoken at national medical conferences, including the American College of Physicians, and she has presented to major health bodies such as the National Academy of Medicine. Her writing has been featured in a variety of national medical publications.
